Hospice Promise is looking for a dynamic Marketer Community Liaison to join our growing team. Hospice Promise is committed to building community relationships through support and education. This nurse owned and operated Hospice provides a culture of autonomy and philosophy that recognizes the individual needs of our patients and caregivers. We bring holistic nursing to a whole new level. Must have a Hospice book of business. Hospice Sales Representative Will:

• Call on Physicians, Hospitals, Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities, and other potential referral sources to develop new business relationships.
• Prepare marketing plans and develop target lists with-in an assigned territory
• Develop and maintain client relationships. Use skills to develop territories sales and marketing plan to achieve and exceed sales goals and quotas.
• Proficient in the explanation of benefits for patients and families.
• Represent Hospice Promise and its services in a competent professional and responsive manner.
• Interact with Hospice Promise patient care management and staff in a team fashion consistent with the organization\xe2\x80\x99s service and teamwork culture.
• Maintain standards of high-quality customer service in compliance with federal and state regulations and guidelines.
• Conduct all business activities in a professional and ethical manner.
• Bi-Lingual a plus!

Only local candidates with Hospice marketing experience need apply please. Three years experience minimum with established accounts. Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts
• Monday - Friday

Position Qualifications

• Demonstrate good communication skills, negotiation skills and public relations skills.
• Knowledgeable about the Hospice benefit and how to explain it to referral sources, patients and families.
• Ability to market and deal tactfully with customers and the community
• Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility, and cooperation in performing job responsibilities.
• This is a driving position, must have automobile, valid drives license and insurance.
• Established Book of Business
• 3 years marketing experience required

Benefits:

• Mileage reimbursed at 62.5 cents per mile
• Excellent Medica (effective 1st month after 30 days/Dental-Vison-Life - effective on 31st day of employment
• 80 hours vacation per year (prorated based on hire date)
• 7 Paid Holidays per year effective upon hire
• 1 Floating Holiday per year effective upon hire
• 40 hours AZ Sick Time per year
