Overview

The Director of Marketing and Communications will be responsible for creating and implementing strategic marketing and communication initiatives to promote HealthPro Heritage\'s brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support overall business growth. This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for developing effective marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to build HealthPro Heritage\'s brand presence and drive business objectives.
  • Implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing channels.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audience segments, industry trends, and competitive landscape insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, website content, and promotional materials.
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources and return on investment.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts through data-driven metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Oversee the creation and execution of public relations and media relations strategies to enhance brand reputation and manage crisis situations effectively.
  • Ensuring all company materials have consistent and positive messaging and branding consistency.
  • Responsible for quality control of all communication creation, copyright material, etc.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, industry partners, and media contacts.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
  • Develop custom marketing and advertising strategies.
  • Create designs and layouts for media outlets.
  • Write and copyright pitches, blog posts and articles.
  • Building relationships with influencers, journalists and media outlets.
Qualifications

Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in marketing roles, with a focus on brand management and communications.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge and technological ability to work on a variety of digital marketing tools, platforms, and techniques.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex concepts and strategies effectively.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing a team.
  • Proficiency in market research and analysis.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions and campaigns.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance considerations within the healthcare industry.
  • The creativity to produce exciting and interesting content.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize projects while working on a deadline or in a fast-paced environment.
