Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Director of Hotel Operations

to oversee daily hotel functions, ensure operational excellence, and uphold our brand standards. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with strong hospitality experience, exceptional people skills, and a proven track record of driving guest satisfaction, team performance, and financial success.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, Hotel guest services. Lead, train, and inspire Front Desk staff to ensure seamless service delivery and team cohesion. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and profitability. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and revenue management. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and service standards while maintaining a pristine guest environment. Partner with the Property executive team on long-term planning, growth initiatives, and brand reputation. Serve as the face of hotel leadership, fostering strong guest relationships and addressing service concerns promptly.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field (preferred). 3+ years of progressive hotel management experience, including leadership roles. Strong knowledge of hotel operations and front-of-house systems. Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and drive operational success. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience in boutique or upscale hotels strongly preferred.
