To lead the charge on that effort, HubSpot is looking for a Director of Culture to lead and manage the Global Culture Team. This person must have experience of working in a global hybrid environment and creating remarkable hybrid experiences for employees. They will have a deep understanding of culture, be strategic in their thinking, an excellent communicator and listener, and display a deep passion for innovation. Specifically, this person will be responsible for driving our hybrid strategy at HubSpot partnering cross functionally with a number of key stakeholders across the business, as well as creating and working with their team to deliver equitable hybrid experience for employees regardless of where they work. They will be able to work cross functionally and will collaborate extensively with our wider People Operations Teams incl. Internal Communications, Employer Brand, Facilities and Technology in helping integrate hybrid culture in all aspects of the employee experience. We\'re seeking someone who cares about people & inclusion, runs towards making an impact, who loves creating and trying new things and spending time with employees and leaders to understand their perspective, drive alignment and give and take great feedback. You\'ll oversee the Global Culture Team, and report into the Senior Director of Culture and ESG. This role is remote eligible and will be based in the U.S. In this role, you will be responsible for:
  • Driving and delivering our hybrid strategy, with an initial focus on connection and partnering with stakeholders across the business to develop our long term approach for scale.
  • Partnering closely with our Director of ESG and Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging team (all sit under the wider Culture umbrella) to create a strategy and approach that is equitable, sustainable and inclusive for all employees.
  • Building and helping execute on remarkable & innovative hybrid events and experiences for our employees both in an office and remote setting globally.
  • Driving our quarterly employee engagement survey, partnering with our People Analytics and HR team to understand & action employee feedback to ensure the feedback is incorporated into our plans and approach.
  • Building deep relationships with our leaders and employees, keeping a pulse on feedback to ensure we are providing the best hybrid experience possible.
  • Acting as a thought leader for culture both internally and externally. This may include speaking to the media, and writing content for publication on different social media platforms and internally on our internal communication channels.
  • Coaching, guiding and developing the Global Culture Team, including 3 direct manager reports and a number of culture specialists and program managers spread across NAM, EMEA and JAPAC.

The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot\'s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, all HubSpotters are eligible to participate in HubSpot\'s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
