Responsibilities:

  • Own Fragrances PR/Influencer strategy for REVLON brands
  • Develop, supervise and implement Global PR and influencer marketing strategy (launch and maintenance) and US execution that supports overall business objectives.
  • Manage PR agency partner in global strategy & design creation and media and influencer planning and activities.
  • Lead asset management and creative logistics
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams. both internal and external, (licensors, sales, marketing, creative, legal, digital, e-comm) to develop and gain alignment on holistic PR and influencer programs that drive PR momentum, consumer brand awareness and sales in priority national and regional markets.
  • Develop influencer marketing activations for the brands to generate reach and engagement, build community and participation, inspire product trial and positive awareness towards the brand story and products, ultimately, indirectly and (when determined) directly, driving sales.
  • Manage creation and logistics of global PR Tool Kits with support from PR agency partner.
  • Manage PR cadence calendar communication and asset rollout to Global markets/media.
  • Work with global affiliates - oversee/advise on planning, edit proposals, gain approvals from global marketing and licensors, guide implementation for international and US PR events and influencer programs.
  • Manage PR agency partner in planning executing PR/Influencer strategies in the US market, overseeing deliverables and ROI: Key metrics, placements, events, influencer programs, creative deliveries, and brand maintenance.
  • Manage PR agency partner with national media and influencer outreach to maximize media and social media coverage and develop strategic relationships
  • Work with PR agency partner to oversee accuracy and maintain departmental standards for all PR/Influencer reporting documents.
  • Work with Innovation & Equity team and global partners and external agency partners to design end-to-end Influencer and content strategies, programs, from concept (global) to execution (US):
  • Identify influencers for activation, work with team for outreach, develop brief for content creation or other participation. Ensure program has built-in ongoing dialogue between influencers and brand.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team, creative team (in house or agency), product development and vendors to ensure full success of multi-faceted, tiered approach to program.
  • Coordinate Vendor selection.
  • Manage program creative direction and strategy.
  • Manage Influencer Objectives and KPI\xe2\x80\x99s
  • Manage PR/Influencer Budget in partnership with Department Lead
  • Manage product forecasting, product orders, creative requests, etc.
  • Manage Databases and Monitoring
Preferred & Required Skills
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree (Communications/Marketing, Strategic Communications preferred)
  • 8 + years in marketing, PR, and influencer programs
  • Computer skills required: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Outlook; knowledge of social engagement tools & platforms (i.e., Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Meltwater)
  • Second + language(s) a plus
  • PR experience with specific skills in beauty, fashion, or consumer goods with a base of media industry connections and business
  • Experience leading an external PR/ Communications agency.
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills along with a strong business and financial acumen.
  • Ability to think creatively, strategically, and technically.
  • Driven, results-oriented and executes with excellence, with a positive, resourceful and agile work style.
  • Ability to work closely with and counsel Senior Executives on sensitive and confidential matters, demonstrating strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills, offering informed opinions and sound judgment.
  • Presents a deep understanding of media landscape including traditional PR, Social Media, Influencers, and role of brand talent.
  • Crisis communication experience and ability to operate calmly in high pressure and/or short-deadline situations.
  • Self-starter who can collaborate, influence and enjoy working with a wide range of stakeholders, including Executive Leaders, IT, Marketing Teams, Legal, Creative, Licensors, etc.
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Keen intuition and strong initiative with incredible organizational skills, hustle, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to balance the big picture strategically, and get the important things done in timely manner.

The base pay range for this position in New York City is $145,000 and $175,000/year; however base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. Certain positions may also be eligible for short and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation.
