We\'re seeking an individual who has passion for startups, entrepreneurship, technology, and products. Working alongside Anywhere\'s leadership this role will be identifying innovative technologies related to the real estate transaction experience and helping accelerate Anywhere\'s product roadmap through partnerships, acquisitions, and investments. We\xe2\x80\x99re searching for someone who has the skill and curiosity required to drive new opportunity identification, evaluation, and execution. This person must also be highly organized and be able to prioritize and balance work on various initiatives simultaneously.

This position is 100% remote. Responsibilities

• 
  Execute financial analysis, modeling and valuation to support business cases and advise deal structures and negotiations.
• 
  Support the ongoing development of market intelligence activities to advise Corporate Development and broader Anywhere strategy, such as researching industry and market trends, the competitive landscape, and analyzing other M&A transactions in our industry.
• 
  Build context through deep understanding of Anywhere\xe2\x80\x99s product roadmap. You\xe2\x80\x99ll use this context to identify risks and opportunities to Anywhere from partner relationships, and to facilitate executive decision making on strategic partners.
• 
  Meet with startups, evaluate new products & technologies, and map ecosystems
• 
  Conduct due diligence and build all vital materials and memos for mergers and acquisition consideration, for review by leadership and executive teams
• 
  Develop relationships with a broad set of candidates for satisfying our buy and partner priorities and facilitate dynamic commercial engagement across a portfolio of attractive candidates
• 
  Provide acquisition transaction support including negotiating with external parties, project management, and integration planning.
• 
  Drive projects forward by collaborating with internal stakeholders, developing recommendations and output materials, and communicating key deliverables.
• 
  Identify and build positive relationships across Anywhere to maximize the breadth of network opportunities and the impact for our partners of engagement with Anywhere!

Requirements for the Role

• 
  A genuine excitement for and interest in product and technology and how they can build better experiences for users!
• 
  Successful candidates will have some combination of the following: a highly analytical approach; financial modeling skills; expertise in understanding the economics of corporate relationships and value exchange; experience working in investment banking, management consulting, venture capital or as a corporate development or corporate strategy professional at a start-up, fintech, proptech or ecommerce company.
• 
  Phenomenal relationship skills. You are a people person who has a track record of building trust quickly, and who is confident in working with and bringing together collaborators at all levels.
• 
  Experience aligning and driving cross functional groups.
• 
  Understanding of real estate brokerage highly desired but not required
• 
  Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, crafting impactful decks, and making presentations using eye for business, creativity and collegiality to key collaborators (internally and externally), including our executive team.

Compensation Range

$120,000 - $180,000 ; At Anywhere, actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual\xe2\x80\x99s skills, experience, and qualifications.
