CUMULUS MEDIA | Minneapolis, MN is seeking to fill the role of Digital Sales Manager. The DSM will maximize advertising revenue opportunities by creating and demonstrating for local and regional business owners our robust lineup of radio and digital marketing assets. As the DSM you will be able to convey to our sellers and clients a deep knowledge of our Cumulus C-Suite Digital products that include email, SEM, streaming audio and video, OTT, digital display, various social media platforms, and our local radio station offerings such as podcasting, streaming, website promotions, and more. The DSM will work closely with our integrated marketing reps on digital training, preparation, presentation, and the execution of integrated marketing programs designed to fit the specific needs of our advertisers. Who We Are: CUMULUS | Minneapolis, MN has a 3 station cluster (92 KQRS, 93X, LOVE 105). We are located centrally between Minneapolis & St. Paul, near the University of MN Campus. Key Responsibilities:
Resident expert in all digital products offered by Cumulus including app products in the C-Suite as well as display and mobile ad positions, pre-roll video, social media, podcasting, and in-stream audio ads
Act as primary liaison with all market selected third-party vendors (e.g. email and ad targeting vendors) for sending and fulfilling orders, RFP\xe2\x80\x99s
Train and coach AE\xe2\x80\x99s on digital advertising tactics and products \xe2\x80\x93 as well as work with vendors to fulfill client needs
Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and execute digital packages and solutions
Measure, grow and exceed digital sales and market share goals
Assist in the preparation, creation, and execution of compelling presentations to clients alongside the market\xe2\x80\x99s AEs
Strategize on and execute multi-market digital campaigns as directed by their sales leadership
Analyze and provide necessary sales reports, market analysis and identify growth opportunities for digital assets
Core Competencies:
Ability to develop, demonstrate and train people in digital products and sales strategies
Demonstrate knowledge of selling digital products and applications, including; SEO/SEM, mobile, OTT, social media, reputation management, targeted ads (geo-fenced, behavioral), and how they work in tandem with radio assets or other traditional media
Creative thinker and problem solver
Highly organized with the ability to support multiple ongoing ad buys campaigns
Skilled in oral/written communications with the ability to articulate ideas and guidance concisely and professionally.
Comfortable presenting to a diversified array of prospects/clients
Job Requirements: Qualifications:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Communications, Journalism, English or closely related field and 3+ years of related experience preferred.
