Work you\'ll do

This level of Product Manager will be working with IT and the Business to understand the desired functionality for a product and to decompose this functionality into enough technical and business detail so that it is ready for implementation by the scrum team

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor\'s degree
  • Experience with early-stage products and new product development from ideation specification
  • Proven ability to successfully collaborate with internal stakeholders from various parts of the organization and drive successful outcomes cross-functionally
  • Success in guiding and manage daily operations in support of mission-critical workstreams
  • Experience working closely with engineering organization to define applications and tools and manage them through the entire product life cycle
  • Knowledge of marketing content and digital asset management solutions
  • Demonstrated understanding of the adoption of technology and its impact to future operating models and organizational structure
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • May be required to obtain and maintain a required security clearance level based on the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Ability to travel 20 - 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
  • Demonstrated success in a service delivery environment (consulting), preferably for software, analytics, and/or SaaS-based products
  • Previous experience with cross-channel customer engagement strategy, design and development (web, mobile, social, physical)
  • Content strategy for web interfaces and other digital marketing assets (including email marketing)
  • Thorough understanding of marketing strategy and business execution via technology enablement
  • Experience collaborating on agile-based, user-centric, empirical projects that accelerate results
