We are seeking a Digital Precision Construction Project Manager. This position offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid role out of our Racine WI, Burr Ridge IL , New Holland PA, Wichita, KS or Burlington, IA office.

This position could also be remote.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for collaborating with various teams to develop roadmaps and business cases to support activities around precision construction solutions.
  • Create product requirements and derive timelines to launch.
  • Identify additional business opportunities to support both aftermarket and wholegoods offerings including but not limited to cost savings, new partners, new products.
  • Gather market research and customer needs to design a competitive and customer centric product offering.
  • Accountable for the product offering and sharing product announcements that provide availability and capabilities of the product offering to the marketing and sales channels.
  • Developing and managing supplier relationships to ensure successful products.
  • Supporting role for relevant innovation projects including providing inputs and materials when possible.
  • Provide high level BOM needs for product offerings.
  • Provide general support to sales, training, and marketing on relevant products.
Main Tasks
  • Represent customers and commercial implications when making product development roadmaps.
  • Responsible to formalize targets and objectives for key initiatives and work with the product development team to deliver value to customers.
  • Responsible for the commercial product development pipeline for market segments.
  • Identify key customer needs and priorities and represent them during Product Development planning.
  • Identify and pursue partnerships and 3rd parties to support business growth.
  • Secure funding for programs.
  • Manage key stakeholders.
  • Communicate business context to broader organization.
  • Lead efforts to develop new business opportunities.
  • Maintain an understanding of competitive offerings in the markets served.
  • Work with the product development team to develop customer focused metrics to track and deliver value.
  • Launch of programs (based on project timeline)
  • Margins and ROI for product offering both WG and AM
  • Clarity and availability of product definitions
The salary range for this position is $111,100 - $170,500 annually
(Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
  • BS degree in Engineering or Technology (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic)
  • 5 plus years of experience with electronics engineering
  • 3 plus years of confirmed project/program management.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree highly preferred.
  • PM certification (PMP, Agile, PRINCE recommended).
  • High Level of communication/negotiation skills (training and certification are recommended).
  • Proven understanding of the main product development processes and/or software development processes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong background in multi-disciplinary team, virtually located, technical and management in a matrixed organization.
  • Problem-solving abilities. Ability to identify waste and creatively look for solutions.
  • Capacity to be flexible and multitask.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft project professional, and sophisticated excel reporting.
