Duties

Manage paid advertising campaigns using Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords) and Facebook Advertising to generate leads and boost conversions.
Optimize website performance through conversion rate optimization techniques, A/B testing, and analytics insights.
Create engaging content for websites, blogs, social media posts, and email marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
Maintain and update content management systems like WordPress while ensuring website SEO best practices are followed.
Design visually appealing graphics using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite to enhance campaign visuals.
Analyze campaign performance with Google Analytics and other analytics tools to refine strategies and improve ROI.
Implement marketing automation tools to streamline email marketing workflows and nurture leads effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on B2B marketing initiatives, e-commerce projects, and content creation efforts.
Stay current with industry trends in digital marketing, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), performance marketing, and emerging platforms to keep strategies innovative.
Experience
Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a focus on SEO, SEM, social media management, and content creation.
Hands-on familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs for keyword research and site audits.
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Advertising platforms, and marketing automation software.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL is preferred for website optimization and data analysis tasks.
Skilled in graphic design using Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite for campaign visuals.
Experience managing content management systems like WordPress or similar platforms.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data for performance marketing insights and conversion optimization strategies.
Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored for diverse audiences.
