Job Description
: Assembly and installation of desktops, laptops, maintaining all systems up to date with upgrades and security resolutions. Ensure that all computers and networks operate efficiently with high uptime.
- To support daily technical support activities for desktop, data management
- To set up and test desktop computer peripherals
- To perform the system changes adhered to organizational policies
- Conduct remote desktop troubleshoot to end-users along with documentation ticket maintenance
- Maintain technical documentation in association with other functional departments
- Office 365 Management.
- CAT6 Cabling.
