Job Description
Deposit Operations Manager The Deposit Operations Manager is responsible for helping to manage the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s cash balancing, wires, ACH transactions and daily transaction posting. A few of the essential duties that will be a part of this position include:
- Perform all Deposit Operations Administration and support duties for the organization
- Assure adherence to all safety and security policies and procedures
- Daily balancing of DDA and non-post
- Assisting customers with questions and research
- ACH procedures
- Customer inquiries, stop payments, government actions
- Organize the department\'s workflow
- Assure communication with employees s and customers
- Assure resources necessary for department operations
- Assure equipment maintenance and resolution of problems
- Maintain appropriate security over information and data security
- Provide leadership, direction, feedback, and goals for department employees
- Identify and implement process improvements
Experience: 5 years of relevant experience
