Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing patient appointments, maintaining dental records, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced dental office environment.

Responsibilities:

- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner

- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using Open Dental Software

- Manage patient records and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date

- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries or concerns promptly

- Process insurance claims and verify coverage using guidelines

- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and billing

- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient workflow and patient satisfaction

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist or a similar role

- MUST BE BILINGUAL IN SPANISH. NO EXCEPTIONS

- Familiarity with procedures and medical terminology

- Proficiency in using dental office software like Open Dental

- Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle multiple lines

- Understanding of regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a busy environment
