Proactively fill schedule openings using a pending treatment list
Communicate clearly and confidently about dental treatment options and scheduling needs
Verify patient insurance information (training provided if needed)
Qualifications
Dental experience required
- must be comfortable discussing treatment, terminology, and scheduling
Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Experience with dental scheduling software is a plus (
Eaglesoft preferred but not required
, as long as you are a fast learner)
HIPAA compliance training required
(completion of a course will be required if not already completed; office will provide training if needed)
Tech requirements:
Private computer for remote access, secure internet connection, and a quiet space free of background noise for taking calls

4-8 hours per day, depending on incoming call volume, schedule openings, and how effectively pending treatment patients are contacted
Compensation:
$17-$20/hr, starting at

3-month probation period
based on performance.
