Front Office Coordinator

What You'll Do:
Serve as the first impression of our practice, delivering a calm, confident, and elevated patient experience
Schedule appointments accurately using dental practice management software such as TDO
Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, referring offices, and insurance providers
Verify insurance benefits and confidently discuss financial arrangements
Collect payments, process billing, and manage medical collections in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Maintain accurate patient records within EMR systems- TDO endodontic software.
Coordinate referrals and maintain strong relationships with dental offices, help with marketing
Support the clinical team and contribute to smooth daily operations/ some cross training required
Review documentation for completeness and accuracy, including CPT coding, ICD-9/ICD-10 coding, and medical billing documentation
Handle multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette and assist patients with inquiries
Manage office administrative tasks such as filing, data entry
Assist in coordinating care plans and ensuring proper documentation of patient visits
Support clinic operations by managing front desk responsibilities including intake procedures, appointment confirmations, and follow-up scheduling
What We're Looking For:
Prior dental or medical front office experience (specialty practice preferred)
Professional presence with excellent communication and customer service skills

Qualifications
Prior experience in a dental or medical office setting is preferred; dental clinic experience is a plus
Proficiency with dental practice management software - such as TDO endodontic software is a plus
Strong knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, CPT coding, ICD coding (ICD-9/ICD-10), and insurance verification processes
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and typing proficiency (
Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation review and data entry
Outstanding customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and bilingual abilities are advantageous
Ability to handle sensitive patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Strong clerical skills including filing, record management, and office management experience
