Role Summary

Can navigate the complex matrix of Cigna. Can lead and implement multiple highly complex interconnected projects simultaneously; expert research and analysis. Can effectively engage and influence a variety of business relationships at all levels, internal and external. Collaborates and communicates across all product/operational lines to ensure that systems and processes are in place to meet client/customer needs, and drive efficiency for the organization, segment, and team. This person will maintain comprehensive project plans, deciding on suitable strategies and objectives.

They will serve as a liaison between the client, account team (NAE, AM, IM, CSE) and key internal stakeholders to ensure key projects/reports are understood, risks are communicated, prioritized, managed and deliverables are met.

Role Components

Oversee Client\xe2\x80\x99s myCigna strategy and subject matter expert for ongoing management of the customized digital experience

Lead internal project calls, oversite committees and leadership updates

Gather requirements for client customization requests for various member touch points

Orchestrate Fall Campaign and annual 1/1 myCigna and app site readiness, requirements gathering, test plans, negotiation of last minute tablestake changes, managing and negotiating timing with client and internal stakeholders, check out

Design in partnership the digital/IT aspect of the client\xe2\x80\x99s wellness products and campaigns, continually strategizing to improve the customer experience

Oversee Cigna digital/IT roadmap and its rollout to client

Develop strategy for various client highly visible, highly customized requests (online claim submissions, online claim payments, EOBs, Proclaim, CignaforHCP, mycigna, HeV, MotivateMe)

Owns various data security / compliance audit requests, submitting requests, identifying and collaborating with key matrix partners, communicate risk and follow up timely.

Maintain SharePoint site and historical tracking of projects, reports, decisions, and responses

Partner with IT PM for SSO Development and Connections with client and vendor partners

Oversee execution of standalone Seminar and Critical Incident Stress Management product (if this is staying with this role)

Qualifications

College degree or years equivalent related experience in project and account management

Proficient knowledge (min 3-5 years) in healthcare / managed care business; to include many or all of the following: program management, product knowledge, underwriting principals, risk and financial analysis skills, marketing processes, sales practices, account management and knowledge of administrative operations

Demonstrated planning/organizational skills; ability to plan for both the long and short term; drive priorities and results

Demonstrated ability to foster strong working relationships; demonstrates leadership within a heavily matrixed environment

Ability to travel within the US, up to 10-15% annually

Strategic and financial savvy

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident and credible presenter

Can work independently

Must obtain necessary licenses

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 84,300 - 140,500 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
