Snap Diagnostics is seeking a talented individual to join our team of Customer Support Associates. As part of our Support team, you will provide first-line phone support to patients and medical providers using our home sleep test. Customer communications may include assisting patients with registration, scheduling deliveries, arranging appointments, and responding to inquiries.
In addition, you will work in collaboration with the Sales team to deliver and continually improve upon our service. This includes assessing customer needs and guiding solutions.
The hourly rate is $17.00 This position is full-time remote position. Hours are 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM CT. You must have the capability to work remotely (connectivity and computer). PTO, and includes health, dental, and vision insurance benefits.
All new hires must complete two weeks of remote training.
