What You'll Be Responsible For

Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, or online systems Providing accurate information and resolving customer issues Escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams when needed Updating customer records and logging interaction details Following customer service procedures and quality standards Managing multiple tasks while meeting response-time and service goals Working closely with teammates and supervisors to maintain service levels
