PromptCare holds an expansive payer network participation, supported by a robust billing & collections operation. PromptCare is looking for a Customer Service Triage Specialist to join our Patient Admissions Department. This is a full-time position, 40hrs per week, fully remote, Monday-Friday. You must reside in Central or Eastern time zone. Summary: The CS Specialist processes inbound orders from our referral sources through Medforce Command Center via Main Fax, E-mail or Web Portal. The CS Specialist creates a task and/or workflow through Medforce and triages all documents to the appropriate department or Medforce bin. The Specialist may be required to offer additional support to CS team at manager\xe2\x80\x99s discretion depending daily work volume. Additional duties/roles may vary and are delegated by CS manager. Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in an inbound/outbound
  • Customer service center is strongly preferred.
  • Customer service experience in a Respiratory/Home Medical Equipment company is strongly preferred.
  • Must have good PC skills, especially the MS Office suite.
Job Responsibilities, included but not limited to:
  • Provide our clients with timely and accurate information and take appropriate corrective actions regarding our services to ensure the customer and referrals have complete satisfaction.
  • Triage documents in accordance with company standards and other verbal and written training policies.
  • Follow proper procedures for accurate documentation triage of new referrals, notes, prescriptions, insurance documentation. Maintain referral portals by reviewing the document submissions, deciphering which documents require triage.
