POSITION SUMMARY: The Business Development Center Representative is primarily responsible for answering all incoming Sales/Service phone calls and serving customers enthusiastically on the phone, via e-mail, and instant messaging, securing and updating confidential customer information, and scheduling sales appointments while maintaining the highest level of customer service, satisfaction, and retention. ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Answer incoming Sales/Service calls, schedules sales appointments, and secure client information in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer incoming Sales/Service Appointment and Internet leads for Subaru, Audi and VW and ensure successful handoffs of phone and internet leads to Sales Consultants/Service Advisors.
  • Adhere to pre-set phone scripts and make suggestions for improvements to management.
  • Document conversations with customers in a detailed and through manner to allow reference of conversation notes at a future date.
  • Follow up with and re-schedule \xe2\x80\x9cno-show\xe2\x80\x9d customer appointments.
  • Perform ongoing research and documentation of irregularities in sales process, website, phone system, and database and notify management to ensure corrective action to improve process.
  • Accurately maintain customer database and tracking programs while maintaining the highest level of customer information confidentiality.
  • Accurately maintain and update the BDC Call Log
  • Take photos of inventory to ensure accurate inventory representation on websites.
  • Review Ressler Inventory photos and make corrections when and where needed.
  • Text and/or call service customers regarding their experience, document contact and perform follow-up duties as needed.
  • Maintain and update Excel files and Google docs to track and report monthly progress.
Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Intermediate to advance computer skills required.
  • Valid Driver License and clean driving record required.
