Job Summary

• The Customer Care Representative II \xe2\x80\x93 Consumer Sales & Solutions role is responsible for the in-house serving of our consumer solutions customers and their agents or partners.
• The Customer Care Representative II will provide customer service to Avera Health Plans members and their agents by answering questions about Avera Health Plans consumer sales products and services.
• The Customer Care Representative will support agent education, trainings and marketing campaigns for our consumer sales products and services.

Education and/or Experience

• High School diploma or GED.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and medical insurance billing.
• Experience in a call center environment preferred.

Licensure/Certification/Registration

• Active SD Health and Life license is required, or ability to obtain within three months of hire.

Work Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00 pm; 80 hours every 2 weeks

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

• $20.50 - $25.75 per hour
