The Customer Care Representative (\xe2\x80\x9cCCR\xe2\x80\x9d) should be passionate, customer service-orientated and able to provide outstanding service to all of our Pet Parents in the capacity of placing orders, responding to inquiries about shipments, products and service via phone, email and web chat. Come join our PetMeds Team...The company with a heart... (Our logo proves it!) ** Must reside in the state of Florida ** Training new hire class start Monday May 1st 2023. The duration of training is 3 consecutive weeks. The training hours are Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM Required Shifts Available after Training:
  • Sunday 9am - 5pm, M/T/W/F 12:30pm - 9pm
OR
  • Saturday 9:30 am - 6pm, M-Th 2:30pm - 11pm.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Treat Pet Parents with the utmost respect and patience
  • Calm and courteous with customers and employees alike
  • Assist customers with placing orders
  • Respond to inquiries about shipments and products
  • Communicate with customers through various channels such as phone, email and web chat.
  • Other duties as assigned
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS NEEDED
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Genuinely friendly, courteous and helpful
  • Superior communication skills both written and verbal
  • Superior voice and diction skills
  • Ability to read and interpret documents properly
  • Patient and respectful team player who is willing to do what it takes to support the group
  • Must have a love for pets and a desire to learn everything about them
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a customer service setting
  • Call center experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Great interpersonal communication
  • Proficient in the use of PC\xe2\x80\x99s
  • Ability to work in an office environment, sitting for long periods of time
  • Ability to work evenings and one (1) weekend day each week
  • Ability to work rotating holidays as needed
  • Ability to commit to a full-time schedule throughout the year (optional overtime available)
