Job Summary:
- Half-time, 95-day school year position available for the upcoming 2023-24 school year
- Partners with educators, families and communities to provide effective learning environments for all students
- Provides leadership and assistance to Agency, district, and building staff in the area of Talented and Gifted education
- Develops collaborative relationships with Agency staff and school districts to provide services that are customer focused and based on district service plans
- Coordinates programs and services provided by Grant Wood AEA to school districts in the area of Talented and Gifted education
- Supports local districts to implement effective practices in Talented and Gifted education
- Work collaboratively with other leaders within the Agency and within local school districts to advance the work of Talented and Gifted education
Qualifications:
- Master\'s degree in the field of education or related area.
- Three years of professional experience in K-12 education.
- Iowa instructional license for the assigned focus curricular area(s) to include PK-12 Talented and Gifted endorsement
