Sonoran Roots is a vertically integrated, craft cannabis company headquartered in Tempe, Arizona. As an independent and locally owned company founded by Arizona natives, Sonoran Roots maintains a focus on producing high quality, clean, and compliant cannabis products to its customers. The company owns and operates two cultivation facilities (Mesa & Tempe), a state of the art extraction lab (Tempe), and a well-established retail dispensary (Glendale). The company also has a third cultivation facility under development. The company\'s family of brands is well known in the Arizona cannabis market, and includes: Canamo, Ponderosa, and Sonoran Roots Cannabis. We are currently seeking highly motivated and experienced cultivation team members. As part of our cultivation staff your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Arrive to the scheduled shift (5 am to 1 pm) 15 minutes before shifts start Defoliation of plants at specified intervals Maintenance of assigned cultivation room i.e., housekeeping and equipment checks Plant training to insure even canopy spacing Monitoring water content and environmental parameters of assigned room Assisting cultivation team with rooms as needed Harvesting and processing finished flower as directed Assisting with post-harvest processes as needed Facility maintenance and janitorial duties as scheduled Responsible and reliable travel between cultivation locations Each cultivation team member is responsible for the cleanliness of their assigned flower room and the overall cultivation area. Our job breaks down into two functions: 20-30% indoor farming/70-80% janitorial and facility maintenance. Punctuality and reliability are absolutely necessary to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely fashion.
