Trigo Wood Fired Pizza is a strictly wood fired kitchen with a focus on local, seasonal ingredients - our ethos is simple, fresh and elevated. We are looking to hire a full-time Culinary Team Member to execute from-scratch prep lists and high volume line shifts.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years experience in professional kitchen/restaurant. Wood fired cooking, large batch dough making, fresh pasta and pizza experience a plus.
Skills:
Trigo is a high volume open kitchen so ability to maintain composure under pressure is a must. The right candidate must also maintain a neat appearance
We are a small, from scratch kitchen so efficiency in completing prep list is essential. The open kitchen is tight quarters, so ability to work well with a team is important
Experience with local, seasonal produce
Serve Safe Food Handlers certification or equivalent
Attention to detail and high standards of food
Duties:
Prep from-scratch menu items daily
Work high-volume shifts on the line
Work quickly and efficiently with a strictly wood fired oven
