We are seeking an innovative and passionate manager of CRM to inspire and engage members through their traveler journey. You will play a key role in developing and executing new email & push strategies, engaging members with useful and personalized content, and managing email sponsorships and advertising. This is a critical role on our CRM team ensuring millions of travelers are engaged and inspired to plan their next trip and helping our partners reach the right audiences with relevant content.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, CRM Engagement, other areas of work may include bridging the gap between strategy and execution, collaborating with our partners across the company regarding the technical aspects of CRM, and monitoring performance across all channels to ensure continual peak performance.

This is a highly cross-functional role, and this person will interface across the full business working closely with numerous stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Legal, Marketing, Customer Support, and Creative.

What You\'ll Do

  • Responsible for planning, developing, and implementing growth strategies across CRM-owned channels (email, push) to drive member engagement.
  • Own the day-to-day management and coordination of sponsored emails, sponsored content, and email advertising in close collaboration with sales and editorial teams.
  • Manage content calendar and assist with message planning and scheduling.
  • Execute A/B tests that allow us to continuously optimize content, timing, and cadence of lifecycle communications across marketing channels to improve user experiences and increase marketing efficiency.
  • Translate business goals into accurate delivery requirements, including but not limited to specifying required data, segmentation & targeting logic, and dynamic content requirements.
  • Continual analysis of performance metrics of each CRM channel: looking for problems, and missed opportunities, then following through with the responsible program owners to ensure we execute solutions.
Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of lifecycle marketing and marketing automation, with experience managing personalized email campaigns.
  • Experience managing advertisements or sponsorships in marketing channels and/or on-site.
  • Analytical mindset with experience leveraging channel data to develop insights.
  • Exceptional project management and organization skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Must be a collaborative, cross-functional team player and comfortable partnering with a variety of teams.
  • Must exhibit superb verbal and written communication skills with a high degree of comfort interpreting results and communicating insights effectively.
The salary range for this role is $107,000 to $135,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. An employee\'s pay position within the wage range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. This compensation range may also be modified in the future.
