Utopian Events is searching for a highly skilled, out-of-the-box floral designer to join our team in a dynamic

In this role, you'll go beyond simple arrangements -- you'll be helping shape entire event experiences, from intimate floral moments to grand-scale installations. What We're Looking For:

Minimum 5 years of professional floral design experience

specifically for weddings and large-scale events (please do not apply without this*).

Strong creative vision

with the ability to design everything from bouquets to full-scale event floral compositions.

Very STRONG working knowledge of floral formulas

and the ability to create them accurately.

STRONG Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel

and comfortable working on a computer to develop concepts and manage florals logistics.

Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable

with the ability to manage both creative and administrative tasks.

Self-motivated and proactive

with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Flexible availability

including some evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A collaborative team player

who is eager to grow and contribute to a fast-paced, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Create floral formulas & recipes Create floral arrangement prototypes, recipes, and pricing Guide studio floral team and oversee design execution Manage new project assignments and relay updates Maintain clear and professional communication across teams

Additional Requirement:

Please submit a portfolio or photos of your floral design work with your application.

Salary & Benefits:

$62,400+ Overtime 2 weeks paid vacation (PTO) Long-term growth opportunities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week

Are you able to create a floral formula/recipe for a large floral altar: 10' tall and 8' wide? Are you able to create and work in front of an Apple Imac for long periods of time? Can you provide references from two Floral Design Companies whom you have worked longer than 15 months.
