Our full-service digital agency client is headquartered close to Philadelphia. This client-centric agency is a Google Premium Partner and ranks within the top 1% of US agencies. To remain in their enviable position, they are currently recruiting for a Creative Director to work in a hybrid capacity with 4 days per week in the office.
As Creative Director, you will:
- Oversee both video and graphic design teams
- Work alongside a growing digital marketing team
- Support both in-house and external requirements
- Deliver thought leadership on branding, web, video production, advertising, content, and more
- Oversee print collateral, packaging design, and pre-flight checklists
- 2+ years of creative leadership
- Agency experience
- Typography/page layout
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Highly organized
- Attention to detail
- Fast-paced and deadline-driven
- Leadership qualities
- Excellent communication skills
- Video and photography
- Video editing
- A negotiable salary circa 65-80k
