Position Overview:
The
Sales Representative
will play a key role in selling custom cabinet and countertop projects. This position involves working in our Waipahu showroom, meeting with clients, visiting job sites, pricing jobs accurately, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Responsibilities:
Engage with new and existing clients; including homeowners, contractors, and designers--to understand their cabinet and countertop needs
Respond quickly to inquiries and follow up on leads generated through company ads, marketing efforts, and showroom visits
Prepare accurate and competitive project quotes with clear communication on pricing, timelines, and materials
Maintain regular contact with clients to build relationships and ensure a smooth sales process from start to finish
Meet and exceed sales goals by closing deals and identifying new business opportunities
Work onsite at our Waipahu showroom for consultations and project assessments
Coordinate with our design and production teams to ensure customer expectations are met and installations stay on schedule
Provide excellent service and maintain a positive reputation for the company through professional and reliable communication
Requirements:
2+ years of cabinet or home improvement sales experience
Strong knowledge of cabinet products, materials, and layouts
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused mindset
Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple projects
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits
Compensation:
Annual commission range of $60k-$250k
Commission based: 5% on gross sales
1099 contract
