As a Custom Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to expand our customer base by identifying and engaging with new builders, designers, cabinet companies, and other potential partners in the industry. You will play a vital role in determining if these entities align with Bedrock Quartz and can benefit from our products and services. Working closely with project management and support, you will ensure that the installation process is executed flawlessly, guaranteeing customer satisfaction. In this role, you will spend 75% of your time in the field and 25% in the office.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outside sales activities to identify and engage new builders, designers, cabinet companies, etc.
Assess potential partners to ensure they align with Bedrock Quartz's vision and values.
Collaborate with project management and support to coordinate and oversee the installation process.
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with a focus on building and maintaining business relationships.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to exceed targets and expectations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent collaboration skills.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
