• Prepare and own the financial statement preparation process
• Own the financial reporting process as it related to audit, tax and external reporting requirements
• a/r, a/p, payroll oversight, billing, etc.
• Own the audit and tax prep process
• Banking, treasury, and other aspects to support CFO/VP and investor reporting

• At least 7 years experience.
• SFDC experience/Quickbooks experience
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Experience in Saas business - understanding of designations
• Problem solver
• Entrepreneurially minded - own it, from top to bottom
