As a Coordinator: HR Communications, you\xe2\x80\x99ll join the ranks of a tight-knit, top performing team of communications wunderkinds dedicated to driving the innovative initiatives that bring our message to the (internal) masses. In this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll develop and execute communication plans for our Learning and Development and Compensation teams, but you won\xe2\x80\x99t be an island\xe2\x80\x94you\xe2\x80\x99ll have a stellar think-tank of seasoned, diverse co-coordinators at your disposal to help strategize and find creative solutions. Your responsibilities will range in size from big to bitty, bread-and-butter annual campaigns to special projects involving a range of print, video, social media and event in-person events. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be encouraged to work on them all with the creative autonomy to stretch and shine.

Minimum Education

• Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, communications, public relations, journalism, English or a related field required. Master\'s degree preferred

Minimum Experience

Three years of experience in HR/business communications, journalism, PR, communications or similar field with excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent PC skills are essential. Must have demonstrated ability to plan and coordinate multiple projects/work initiatives
