Oregon Health Authority has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Contract Coordinator to join an excellent team. This is a Full-Time, Limited Duration, Represented position with the Director\xe2\x80\x99s Office.
Please note that this is a Limited Duration position that will expire after June 30th, 2024 (06/30/2024). This position is also available for job rotation opportunity. Internal applicants must receive approval from their supervisor for the opportunity.
What you will do!
The primary purpose of the Contract Coordinator will be to support the Contract Administrator as well as the various division and program directors in the agency by developing processes and coordinating efforts with the vendors contracted to support the agency\xe2\x80\x99s 2030 strategic goal to eliminate health inequities. This position has responsibility for identifying, drafting processes and templates, and implementing operational activities to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the contracted vendor relationships. Because the position supports the OHA strategic goal, it is required to develop and maintain ongoing communication links and contacts with managers and other staff throughout OHA. Specifically, this position will help the agency to develop the processes that break down racist structures and barriers to equitably engage with contracted vendors. Page 3 of 9 OHA 0105 (11/11) This position brings foundational health equity expertise alongside vendor coordination skills to the agency, focusing on collaboration with multiple key business partners on the implementation and ongoing updates, enhancements and changes to business processes. This position will be responsible for developing and executing strategies for contract coordination including developing processes for equitable workorder requests, contractor evaluation and feedback, and developing systems for tracking workorders awarded, billed, progress, and evaluation. This position works closely with the Contract Administrator, the Performance System team staff, agency leadership, health equity subject matter experts, and agency division staff.

What we are looking for:
A Bachelor\'s Degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, Finance, Political Science or any degree demonstrating the capacity for the knowledge and skills; and two years professional-level evaluative, analytical and planning work.
OR;
Any combination of experience and education equivalent to five years of experience that typically supports the knowledge and skills for the classification.
