The Marketing Content Specialist works alongside the marketing team to create content to drive brand awareness and generate sales leads. You\'ll manage all content creation, revision, and retention across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Write, edit, and fact-check marketing content such as blog posts, emails, articles, one-pagers, and video.
  • Ensurebest SEO practicesare followed, optimizing for target keywords, resizing images, adding image alt text, etc.
  • Produce graphics, videos, infographics, slideshows, or content to engage customers in new ways.
  • Coordinate content approvals from a set of stakeholders.
  • Assist in managing the content calendar and publishing schedule and ensure that all content is delivered on time and meets our quality standards.
  • Promote content through emails and other digital channels.
  • Keep track of metrics, measuring performance, and social media growth.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve our content and content marketing efforts.
Qualifications Include:
  • 3-plus years of experience in professional editing and proofreading.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Understanding of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
  • Experience with Marketing Cloud or other marketing automation tools
  • B2B and B2C experience a plus.
  • Experience in graphic design and Adobe Creative Suite products preferred.
  • Associate degree in marketing, communications, English, graphic design, or a similar field.
