Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Lead to join our team. As a Construction Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish.

Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project milestones are met
- Effectively use Heavy Equipment
- Performs various physical duties along with team
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Requirements:
- Proven experience in construction management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Proficiency in using construction management software
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise a team
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and OSHA regulations
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
