Responsibilities



Lead and coordinate framing crews to execute residential home framing projects efficiently and safely. Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction activities accurately. Oversee building , framing, and other structural components to ensure stability and compliance with building codes. Supervise masonry, plastering, stucco application, siding installation, roofing, and trim carpentry to achieve high-quality finishes. Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely to facilitate construction activities on-site. Ensure proper use of hand tools and adherence to safety protocols during all phases of construction. Coordinate with project managers and other trades to maintain schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations. Inspect work regularly to identify issues early and implement corrective actions promptly. Support site organization by managing materials, tools, and equipment efficiently for seamless workflow. Promote a culture of safety awareness among team members through ongoing training and supervision.

Requirements



5+ years framing experience. Proven experience in residential construction with a focus on framing or carpentry roles. Leading a crew or managing framing operations Residential home framing Ability to read blueprints and manage framing schedule/materials Competitive pay Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings relevant to home building projects. Ability to operate heavy machinery and power tools safely in a construction environment. Familiarity with concrete forming techniques, rebar installation, concrete finishing processes, and masonry work. Skilled in using hand tools for framing, woodworking, siding installation, and other carpentry tasks. Experience managing or supervising construction crews on-site with excellent leadership skills. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights or in confined spaces as needed. Knowledge of safety standards related to construction site operations and OSHA regulations. Valid certifications in construction management or related fields are a plus but not mandatory. Pay: $22.00 - $29.13 per hour
