Job Description
Construction Estimator - $21-$25+ Hourly DOE (On-Site)
A commercial and residential construction company with headquarters in Graettinger, Iowa, which is a leader in their industry is hiring a Construction Estimator to join their team.
You\'ll want to be part of this well established team that operates with high integrity!
Responsibilities:
- Correspond with District Sales Managers and Dealers
- Assist Dealers with take-offs and estimates
- Quote projects, including soliciting bids from Sub Contractors
- Develop pricing and scopes of work on commercial and public bid jobs
- Assist with organizing and creating Dealer information packets
- Coordination of agriculture building orders, delivery and general service
- Understand and observe all applicable corporate safety policies and procedures
- Knowledge of AutoCAD or related CAD drafting software is helpful, not required
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook & Power Point
- Knowledge of general construction practices/procedures and code requirements
- Ability to read construction drawings, specifications and special estimating as needed
- Knowledge of agricultural building estimates
- Salary: $21 - $25+ Hourly DOE
