Job Summary

We are seeking diligent and detail-oriented Construction Cleaners to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning construction sites after project completion to ensure the space is safe, presentable, and ready for occupancy. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting the final stages of construction projects and contributing to the successful delivery of building projects.

Duties

Remove debris, dust, and leftover materials from construction sites using appropriate cleaning tools and equipment Clean windows, floors, walls, and fixtures to meet safety and quality standards Dispose of waste materials in accordance with safety regulations and environmental guidelines Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and free of dust or residues that could affect future use or occupancy Assist with setup and breakdown of cleaning stations and supplies at various sites Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries during cleaning activities Report any damages or safety hazards identified during cleaning to supervisors promptly

Qualifications

Prior experience in construction cleaning or general cleaning services is preferred but not required; training will be provided Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift heavy objects, and work on feet for extended periods Knowledge of safety procedures related to construction sites is a plus Reliable transportation

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
