Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Construction Cleaning Technician to join our team. This role involves cleaning and preparing construction sites for final inspection and occupancy. The ideal candidate will have experience in post-construction cleaning and possess a valid driver's license to travel between job sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform thorough cleaning of newly constructed or renovated buildings, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and window cleaning. Remove construction debris, stickers, and protective coverings from surfaces. Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas. Ensure all surfaces are free of dust, dirt, and smudges. Safely operate cleaning equipment and tools. Travel to various job sites as needed. Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.


This is a Full-Time Position



Pay: Starts at $15.00/hr

Previous experience in construction or commercial cleaning preferred. + Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. + Ability to lift to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
