Yellow Dog Concrete, LLC is a fast growing, concrete contractor in Manheim, PA. We are looking to start a new Forman in the Spring of 2026. We specialize in stamped concrete, colored concrete, and all types of residential concrete. Established in Spring of 2024, we are excited to continue our growth in 2026. At Yellow Dog Concrete, we enjoy having fun at work, while also being productive and creating high quality Concrete Projects for our customers.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead a concrete crew on various construction projects, with a special emphasis on stamped concrete applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all concrete-related work, ensuring high-quality standards, safety compliance, and effective communication among team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate concrete pouring, finishing, and stamping operations as well as other types of concrete. Manage daily activities of the concrete crew, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment. Review project plans and specifications to ensure accurate execution of concrete work. Collaborate with other trades, subcontractors, and project managers to meet project timelines and objectives. Conduct quality control inspections and address any issues promptly. Train and mentor crew members on best practices, including the intricacies of stamped concrete applications and safety protocols. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and labor hours.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred. Proven experience as a Concrete Foreman or in a similar supervisory role in concrete construction, particularly in stamped concrete. Strong knowledge of concrete materials, stamping techniques, and safety standards. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods. Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Pay: $33.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 55 per week
