Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced

Concrete Foreman

to lead our concrete division. This full-time position requires a skilled individual with strong leadership abilities, excellent communication, and hands-on experience in all aspects of concrete work, including forming, pouring, and finishing. The ideal candidate will be motivated, organized, and passionate about quality craftsmanship and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise concrete crews on residential and commercial projects Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily job operations to ensure timely completion Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Ensure proper layout, forming, pouring, and finishing of concrete Manage materials, equipment, and manpower efficiently Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site Communicate effectively with customers, management, and team members Ensure all work meets company standards and quality expectations

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in concrete finishing and construction leadership Strong knowledge of concrete forming, pouring, and finishing techniques Ability to lead and motivate a crew with a focus on efficiency and quality Excellent organizational and communication skills Customer-oriented and professional in appearance and conduct Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay: $28.51 - $34.34 per hour
