We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Concrete Foreman to lead and oversee concrete construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong construction management skills, extensive site supervision experience, and proficiency with industry-standard software. This role involves coordinating teams, managing project schedules, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining quality standards on-site. The Concrete Supervisor will play a critical role in delivering projects efficiently, on time, and within budget while adhering to all safety and quality regulations.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of concrete crews on construction sites
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project plans to ensure accurate execution
Oversee quality control measures to ensure concrete work meets specifications and standards
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and enforce safety protocols across the site
Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, safety, and quality standards
Train and supervise team members, fostering a productive and safe work environment
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients as needed for project success
Experience
Proven experience in construction management with a focus on concrete or heavy civil projects
Supervising experience in a construction setting, managing teams of various sizes
Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and best practices in construction site safety
Hands-on experience with construction site operations including quality control procedures

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
