We are seeking a Concierge/ Front Desk Agent who will act as the initial point of contact for residents at Century City's luxury apartment complex. Our Concierge agents are responsible for providing safe and efficient service to our tenants and must have strong communication skills and an ability to build positive relationships with residents. Daily duties include receiving deliveries, welcoming visitors, maintaining the common areas of the property, and assisting residents with scheduling 3rd party services. This position is a great opportunity for someone with an established hospitality background or someone who is trying to get their foot in the door of the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities:
Answer resident calls, emails, texts and maintain the appearance of lobby and amenity areas.
Establish and maintain professional relationships with residents.
Provide information about the concierge's services and property amenities.
Answer questions from guests regarding local events and points of interest.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Experience:
Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
Hospitality: 2 years (Preferred)
