This position is full time Monday through Friday and the hours are 7am until 3pm.

Job Summary


Energize guest experiences as a Front Desk Agent by providing exceptional hospitality and seamless service at the front of the hotel. You will be the welcoming face of our establishment, ensuring every guest feels valued, comfortable, and well-attended to from check-in to check-out. Your enthusiasm, professionalism, and attention to detail will set the tone for memorable stays and foster guest loyalty. Responsibilities



Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression. Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience, empathy, and proactive solutions to ensure satisfaction. Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, dining options, and services to enhance guest experiences. Maintain accurate reservation records, room assignments, and billing information while adhering to phone etiquette standards. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are promptly addressed. Conduct night audit procedures when required, balancing accounts and preparing reports for management review. Support guest relations by fostering a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits and positive reviews. Uphold security protocols by monitoring access points and ensuring the safety of guests and staff during all shifts. Assist with administrative duties such as answering phones on multi-line systems, managing guest requests, and maintaining front desk supplies.

Requirements



Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and strong communication abilities. Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is a significant advantage for engaging diverse guests effectively. Familiarity with hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems is essential. Knowledge of hospitality standards including phone etiquette, guest services, and guest relations best practices. Ability to handle night audit procedures accurately while maintaining attention to detail under pressure. Previous experience working in resort or hotel environments is desirable for understanding industry nuances. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
