Concierge
Job Description
Under general supervision, the primary role of the Concierge provides support in the care and protection of the residents in Residential Living. Develops awareness of residents\xe2\x80\x99 interests and needs and assists residents to maximize their independence and participation. The Concierge will ensure that resident\xe2\x80\x99s privacy and rights are maintained. The Concierge coordinates guest services by assisting residents, visitors, and vendors; disseminating information in person or on telephone; operates telephone console or switchboard, computer, fax machine, copy machine; performs general clerical duties. As a representative and team member of the company, this position is expected to present oneself in a manner that reflects professionalism and ensures resident satisfaction.
Pay Range $14.50-17.50. This is an on-call position, picking up shifts as needed
Qualifications
- One year experience working with elderly requiring memory support, or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities.
- Prefer three years\xe2\x80\x99 clerical experience or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities.
- Computer skills using Microsoft suite and desktop publishing software, faxing, copying and the use of a paper shredder; minimum one year
