Service Dept. Concierge/Greeter

Our High-Volume and fast-paced Service Department needs to hire Concierge/Greeters to greet customers in the service lane in courteous and professional manner, direct them to Service Advisors, answer the phone, schedule appointments for auto repair/maintenance, drive customers waiting on auto service to/from nearby locations, and more! Applicants must have excellent customer service and communication skills, a positive attitude, and a professional appearance. Responsibilities - Concierge/Greeter:

• Be the first point of contact for our BUSY Service Department customers and present a professional, courteous and excellent impression of our dealership
• Greet customers in the service lane in a courteous, professional manner, direct them to Service Advisors, answer the phone, schedule appointments for auto repair/maintenance, work in our fast-paced Business Development Center and more.
• Drive customers waiting on auto service to/from nearby locations in a courteous, professional manner.
• Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications - Concierge/Greeter:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills and a professional appearance
• A positive \'can do\' attitude and good work ethic
• Friendly, energetic and self-motivated to succeed
• Thrives in a fast-paced team environment
• Automotive BDC Service experience is a plus
• Driver\'s license and insurance
• High school diploma or equivalent
