About the Community: Hartford 21 is a 262-unit, 36-story high skyscraper located in the heart of downtown Hartford, CT and offers spacious one- and two-bedroom homes. Residents at Hartford 21 can enjoy exclusive access to the community\'s amenities, such as a concierge service, 24-hour fitness center, an Internet lounge, and a dog park.
About the Role: Northland is seeking to hire a Part Time Concierge at a multifamily community in Hartford, CT.
- The Concierge will answer questions regarding and/or make arrangements for dining, entertainment, sports events, recreation, tours, health and beauty services, childcare, transportation, and other services. As well as keep accurate records of all arrangements made.
- Answer questions concerning and/or give directions to the community and its facilities.
- Process and notify residents of receipt of facsimiles, mail, messages and packages. Assist guests in the sending of facsimiles, mail, messages, and packages.
- Maintain current information and materials regarding community facilities and services and local restaurants and attractions.
The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that they can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skills and abilities.
- Prior customer service experience is strongly preferred.
- The ability to multitask and manage time effectively while adhering to certain deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff, residents, and vendors.
