We are hiring for TWO FULL-TIME shifts This includes days, nights and weekends.

Tuesday-Saturday
7am-3pm


B.


Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday
3pm-11pm


Where
We have immediate needs in Washington, DC and the surrounding area. Just let us know where else you are open to working on the application.


Hourly Pay
Our Concierge, Front Desk and Doormen start at $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing

• Greet, announce, and provide direction to tenants, guests, and vendors upon entering the building.
• Develop and maintain relationships with tenants to provide individualized and unique experiences based on their personalities, lifestyles, needs, and expectations including:
• Provide direction and referrals to local entertainment, dining, retail shopping, sporting events, tourist attractions and transportation services.
• Document, secure and track mail, deliveries, and vendor services at designated areas.
• Answer telephones, monitor lobby as well as maintain and control keys & access cards.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Desire and passion to provide a warm and welcoming hello to everyone.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of local attractions and establishments.
• Polite, friendly, and self-assured and ability to multitask with good time-management.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs when needed.
