Job Description
3rd Shift Security Guard for Luxury Apartments. $1,000.00 retention bonus every 6 months of employment.
- Must Possess Current AZ Unarmed Guard Card.
- Valid Driver License & Reliable Transportation
- Requires Smart Phone.
- Requires proficient computer skills.
- Full-Time 40 hours per week.
- Mandatory Availability Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.
- Implement and reinforce community policies.
- Monitoring CCTV and access control systems.
- Perform six patrols per shift.
- Professionally answer inbound calls.
- Respond to emails and community messages.
- Write clear, accurate and detailed Daily Activity Reports.
- Have the ability to stay calm during stressful situations.
- Excellent communications skills; both verbal and written.
