The applicant should be an experienced computer repair service technician with expert computer repair and computer support knowledge.
Ideal candidates will have experience building custom PC systems, diagnosing hardware, have experience on motherboard repairs, troubleshooting software, and understanding basic networking concepts.
Hours: 30-40 hours a week
(60 days work review for full-time)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proficiency in PC operation, troubleshooting, hardware, and software. Ability to repair, diagnose and swap parts, repair motherboard, replace laptop screens, replace PC parts, build PCs, etc.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task. Ability to handle customer calls, reply to online service requests via emails, and online channels.
Compensation: $12 to $15/hr based on skills
Location: North - Houston, TX 77090
